Russia’s oil export duty to rise $6.4 to $/111.4 tonne from Jan 1
MOSCOW, Dec 15 (PRIME) -- Russia’s oil export duty will rise by U.S. $6.4 to $111.4 per tonne from January 1, 2018, as seen by PRIME in calculations of the Finance Ministry on Friday.
The Urals price averaged $62.54 per barrel, or $465.5 per tonne from November 15 through Thursday.
A reduced duty on oil from the East Siberian fields, the Caspian shelf deposits and the Prirazlomnoye field in the Pechora Sea, as well as a liquefied petroleum gas duty, have been annulled since February 1, 2015 and will not be introduced as long as the average oil price is below $76 per barrel.
The export duty on highly viscous oil will increase to $17.9 per tonne from $16.8 per tonne.
The export duty on light oil products will grow to $33.4 per tonne from $31.5 and the export duty on heavy oil products will rise to $111.4 per tonne from $105.
The naphtha export duty will grow to $61.2 from $57.7 per tonne and the gasoline export duty will increase to $33.4 per tonne from $31.5.
The coke export duty will rise to $7.2 per tonne from $6.8 per tonne.
